		<description>I was in Anderson Valley last April and got a taste of the wines (some truly nice stuff) and the lingo. 

Seeing the lingo on the back label certainly would be an improvement over most of what passes for back label wine writing...</description>

		<description>If I make it to CA early enough in the season next year to source some grapes...tough choice looking for a go-to Riesling guy-- worked with Cellar Rat Alan Baker on his &#039;06 Anderson Valley Pinot-- seems he&#039;s making his first Riesling this year, but grapes are sourced from RRV? Or was it from that little (cult?) Marin county vineyard I read about somewhere?

(Greece) Platinum-gold hue. Lemon and mineral smokiness on the nose, this is a richly flavoured and expansive wine...&#039;
These are Decanter tasting notes-- &#039;platinum gold&#039;? Er, white gold? Blindingly precious sparkliness? Pale but honeyed? WTF? somebody help me here, I&#039;m fascinated but flummoxed...</description>

It&#039;s also very powerful that the &quot;gun&quot; was called an equalizer. I&#039;m a big etymology fan. The derivation of our words and their meanings are so interesting.</description>
